The Printing Process
We have a number of printers available to bring your vision to life, even on a larger scale. That could mean multiple pieces, or creating several components of one large item. The print area of each device can handle items 300mm (11.82in) x 300mm (11.82in) with a height of 400mm (15.75in). If your project doesn’t fit in this area, we can create it in pieces that can be assembled later. We use PETG and PLA filaments to create your items. These are lightweight but very strong and versatile, and can be used to craft a number of different options.
You simply create your item in CAD and provide us with the file to print from. If you’re not experienced with this program, then give us a call! We can work with you to create the files and proceed to craft your item. With this technology and our assistance, the only limits are your own imagination!
Creating Unique Home Goods
We’ve used the technology to create custom art pieces, including statues and figurines, that can be displayed at home or at your desk at work. We’ve also made unique chess pieces, fun toys, and other home goods. For example, spice racks, clips, and containers that can fit within uniquely shaped drawers or cabinets. We’ve even made tools that can be used around the house as well!
